Resort Renovation – Northern Quest Resort & Casino

Our work with the Kalispel Tribe on their Four Diamond Northern Quest Resort included a full lobby refresh, public space custom carpet design and replacement and a full interior renovation to the guestrooms and suites on the Elite 10th floor. The goal of this renovation was to elevate the guest experience on the Elite floor of this hotel tower. Bringing themed suites and a distinctive design to the 10th floor which draws a premium room rate and in many cases the casino hosts their most regarded guests.

The renovation is luxurious, with quality evident throughout the rooms and their spa-inspired bathrooms which are outfitted with immersive shower experiences and large soaking jacuzzi tubs. The lobby is enhanced with an all new VIP check-in experience along with a full carpet and furniture refresh, elevating the lobby experience to match the Elite floor of their hotel tower. Our team also completed a refresh of the hotel’s lobby lounge, Masselow’s Lounge, with new custom carpet and furnishings.

To honor the land and culture of the Kalispel Tribe finishes were selected that reflect the topography of their local mountain ranges, waterways, and flora. This is infused throughout the spaces, down to the custom-designed carpet in the public spaces and suites.
