AXE AND ARROW GASTROPUB

Another step in the transformation of Fourth Street in downtown Bremerton, and located beneath the B-Flats apartments on the site of a former Ford dealership is a rustic and warm gastropub.

The space was completely renovated and features a new kitchen, bar, and restaurant—plus walk-in refrigerator and freezer, keg room, storage and office. In addition to interior architecture, we created the material palette and selected furniture.

Patrons can sit at a variety of tables or lounge space, which can also be converted to accommodate live music. The tables are handmade using reclaimed wood from around the region. The pub’s bar was pieced together using lumber from the floorboards of train cars that hauled plane parts for Boeing. A repurposed chest top serves as a backdrop for the bar’s 20 taps.

Guests will enjoy “Pacific comfort food” which offers a seasonal high-level fare featuring local seafood, king crab macaroni and cheese, salmon, halibut and chips, prime rib, Cornish game hen and elk burgers.
