Rice Fergus Miller opens an office in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Bremerton, WA—October 23, 2008– No longer just a Washington based firm, Rice Fergus Miller, an architecture, planning and interior design firm, has recently opened an office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The office is staffed with a team of four to include architects and technical designers from Minnesota. Presently, the team is responsible for the design of Trillium Woods, a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Plymouth, Minnesota. Trillium Woods is scheduled to begin construction in the Spring of 2009.
Craig Caligiuri is a skilled Project Manager. He works with clients to develop efficient building systems that compliment their design vision. His experience ranges from healthcare to housing and includes roles in project management, concept design, programming, design development, construction documentation and construction management for new construction, additions, and renovation work. He serves as the main office contact in Minneapolis, Minnesota and is an Associate with Rice Fergus Miller.
Emily Winkles is a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota. She is assisting in the technical production phase on Trillium Woods.
Jeff Weis is a technical designer with experience in the full spectrum of the architectural process, ranging from project proposals to design and construction documents. He is assisting on Trillium Woods.
Vincent Stanchina is an Architect with a focus on healthcare and senior living projects. Vince is proficient in all aspects of architecture including code review, consultant coordination, design, drafting, detailing and construction administration. Vince began specializing in healthcare related projects in 2002. He joins the Trillium Woods team with 19.5 years of experience.
