Rice Fergus Miller Announces Promotions
Bremerton, WA—January 15, 2010 Rice Fergus Miller PLLC, a 35-person architecture, interior design and planning firm, has announced promotions of three employees. Shawn Dinkuhn is a new Associate.
Shawn came to Rice Fergus Miller over five years ago from a career in print media administration. Shawn built the Project Coordinator job description and was the first to fill it. She coordinates projects in community, healthcare, senior living and hospitality markets. Sustainability is important to Shawn and to that end she is a LEED accredited professional and active in Sustainable Bremerton.
Howard Struve has been promoted to Senior Associate. Howard is a LEED accredited professional and Technical Designer for fi re and emergency services. He also oversees the fi rm’s quality control. In over 14 years with Rice Fergus Miller Howard has been a vital member and mentor within the fi rm, closely watching the details that foster excellence at all levels of a project.
Monica Blackwood has been named a Principal and participates in the fi rm’s management and strategic planning. Monica joined Rice Fergus Miller in 2001 and is the Director of Business Operations and a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Monica is very active throughout the community, serving on several boards, with a special focus on promoting youth and education causes.
