Bremerton, WA- Rice Fergus Miller PLLC, a 40-person architecture, interior design and planning firm in Bremerton, has announced the promotions of six staff members:

Andy Kosusko has been named a Principal. Kosusko specializes in senior living design and currently leads the design of the firm’s largest project, Timber Ridge at Talus, a $150M continuing care retirement community in Issaquah. He is a licensed architect and a LEED accredited professional.

Bob Guyt, Ed McManamna and Jeremy Southerland have been named Senior Associates. Guyt, a licensed architect with twenty years of experience and a LEED accredited professional, is a project manager for health care and hospitality projects and coordinates the firm’s Intern Development Program. McManamna, also an architect and LEED accredited professional, is the firm’s project manager for fire andemergency services projects in jurisdictions throughout Western Washington. Southerland, an architecture graduate of the University of Texas, specia izes in health care design and is the creator of the firm’s Visualization Lab,

a multimedia department producing graphic design, animation, web design and film.

Jamie Osterman and Craig Caligiuri are new Associates. Osterman, with the firm since 2000 and an accredited interior designer, leads many of RFM’s community support initiatives and is a board member at United Way. Caligiuri holds a Masters degree in architecture from the University of Minnesota and is a LEED accredited professional. He manages the firm’s recently-opened Minneapolis office and leads the firm’s Building Information Modeling technology.
