Work with us
Who we are
We are a group of like-minded people with an energetic view. We like each other. We respect each other, trust each other and sometimes agree to disagree. We are individuals and we celebrate the fact that each one is unique and bring a new color and texture to the ever-weaving Rice Fergus Miller fabric. We are small enough that you will handle projects from start to finish and large enough to practice your specialty. You will get your feet wet, you’ll jump in, and you will have a big smile on your face because you are doing something you love.
This is a place where passions reign and dreams given wings. Yet we are grounded in the same core values that brought us together in the first place:
- We will create a great place to work
- Do our best
- Conduct business with integrity and respect
- Support the community
- Seek balance between work and the other things in our lives
Our Campus to Credentials program offers a path from education and experience to professional licensure. We recognize the value of licensure and accreditation, and can help you get there. At Rice Fergus Miller you are surrounded by encouraging mentors. We provide study materials, schedule continuing education sessions, and reimburse fees upon completion of the full course of exams. We can also focus our staffing effort to help you obtain your required project hours.

We are different and we are proud of it. We flex and bend, and change the game on the fly to make sure we are seeing the same thing you are. We listen. We want to make sure we get you and you understand us. We will do what it takes to help you achieve your goals. Together we will have an honest and open conversation with you about how to get there.
