Timber Ridge at Talus

Perched on a hilltop with vast views, Timber Ridge is a LEED Silver master planned continuing care retirement community built over two phases. Its design draws on natural amenities of the site and environmental elements of its Pacific Northwest setting – wood, plant, stone, water and filtered sunlight. The first phase opened in February 2008 and operates residential independent apartments, skilled nursing beds, a dining room, and a spa and wellness center. Timber Ridge was built for a competitive cost per square foot. Through careful budgeting and value engineering, this economy was achieved at a time of unprecedented inflation. We attribute this to the collaborative effort between the Contractor, Owner, Operations and Design Team.

Building on the successful Timber Ridge development, we continue our collaboration and work on this property. The second phase adds more independent living apartments as well as assisted living and memory care. Amenities include a swimming and exercise pool, expanded exercise/fitness facility, expanded dining, outdoor living space, and an auditorium for performances and large functions.
