Martha & Mary Interior Renovations
In 2007, the Rice Fergus Miller team began to help guide the direction for Martha & Mary’s next decade of community repositioning. The executive team identified their goal to transform to a social-hospitality based model. With that goal in mind Rice Fergus Miller’s design team researched community, culture and the market to better understand where Martha & Mary was placed in comparison to their competition. Through fact finding, priority renovations included lobby and reception areas, the chapel and event venue, improved wayfinding and identity for each residential wing, and updated interior lighting, finishes and FF&E throughout.
