Highlights:
The Morck Hotel, originally built in 1924, was the centerpiece of downtown Aberdeen, Washington. After having fallen into disrepair, it is undergoing a transformation. The master plan includes redeveloping the entire block the hotel occupies, and will include restaurants, retail, art galleries and housing, along with a connection to the waterfront and the resident tall ship "Lady Washington."
